The proposal has also been published on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oireachtas.ie\/parliament\/mediazone\/pressreleases\/name-24469-en.html\" target=\"_blank\">Oireachtas.ie website.<\/a><!--more-->Chairman Ciaran Lynch TD: <strong>\u201cThe Committee today, Friday 26th September, submitted its proposal to the Committees on Procedure and Privileges of D\u00e1il \u00c9ireann and Seanad \u00c9ireann. This document outlines the relevant proposal, which includes a framework for the inquiry plan, the different phases of the inquiry and its draft terms of reference. We are happy that the proposal has been completed, agreed and submitted on schedule within the timeframe we had set out. This reflects the co-operative and positive approach that the Committee has adopted in how we set about our work. I\u2019d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Committee members for their hard work and commitment in preparing this proposal.
