The Committee, which has been tasked with preparing a detailed proposal for the banking inquiry, will meet in private at 9.45 am tomorrow, Wednesday, 2nd July, 2014.<\/p>\n
Chairman Designate Ciaran Lynch TD: \u201cAt tomorrow\u2019s meeting, the Committee will resume its discussions on the purpose, scope and timeline of the inquiry. At our meeting last week, there was a general desire that the inquiry would be concluded by November 2015 and the Committee agreed in principle to work towards having a proposal ready for the Committees of Procedure and Privileges (CPP) of both Houses when the D\u00e1il and Seanad resume in September.
