Chairman Ciaran Lynch TD: \u201cThe Committee met today and agreed final amendments for a proposal for submission to the Committees on Procedure and Privileges of D\u00e1il \u00c9ireann and Seanad \u00c9ireann. This document outlines the relevant proposal, which includes a framework for the inquiry plan, the different phases of the inquiry and its draft terms of reference. It is expected that the proposal will be debated in the Houses by mid-October.
