Chairman Ciaran Lynch TD: “In December, the Committee wrote to AIB, Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Ulster Bank, the special liquidator to the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, the Department of Finance and the Department of the Taoiseach seeking documents and a range of relevant material which will assist us in our work in preparation for the Nexus phase public hearings due to commence in April 2015. During the Nexus phase, we will engage with institutions and individuals who had roles during the crisis. Written submissions were received from the various institutions in early January and we are pleased with the co-operation we have received so far.
